From Self to Everything: the four leadership dimensions.
Turn inward to clarify who you are, what you stand for, and what gets in the way. Work with CTI’s “I AM Typing” to see your patterns and access your core leadership energy.
Practice leading with and through others — navigating feedback, conflict, and difference while staying connected to yourself and the bigger picture.
Learn to sense the “field” — the energy, timing, and dynamics around you — and create impact that resonates beyond a single conversation or team.
Integrate all four dimensions of Co-Active Leadership and practice leading in real-time chaos, change, and opportunity.

The work doesn’t stay in the retreat room. Between modules, you bring your learning into your real life and receive support as you experiment.
