Do I need coaching experience to start?
Not at all. Fundamentals is designed for complete beginners as well as experienced professionals. Many participants are leaders wanting to enhance their skills, whilst others are starting a coaching career.
What's the time commitment?
Fundamentals is 2.5 days. The full certification pathway requires approximately 200 hours of training plus 100 hours of coaching practice over 6–12 months, though you can pace it to suit your schedule.
Is the training recognised internationally?
Yes. Co-Active Training Institute is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the gold standard in coaching. Your certification is recognised worldwide.
What's the investment?
